Yung Soulja was born in Athens TN, in the year of 1995. He started rapping at a very young age. At the age of 9 after watching his uncles and cousin in the studio one day inspired him to write his first song. Soulja’s first rap was recorded on a karaoke machine. From that point on every time his uncles and cousins recorded he to recorded. Soulja’s grandfather which passed away in 2005 always motivated him and told him he could do anything he wanted so everything he does is dedicated to him. Soulja’s first session in a real studio didn’t come until the age of fourteen. He now has recorded several songs and is looking forward for the release of his first mix tape
